What a little doll this surprise was. We bought Jubilee in November and she wasn't supposed to be bred. A few weeks ago I brought her in because we thought that maybe she was in foal. But after a few days, we decided that perhaps we were wrong and put her back in the pasture. Yesterday we thought that we were through with foaling then found her in the pasture this afternoon. A very, very nice surprise. After several people pointed out the "Longhorn" on her left side, we decided to name her after the University of Texas' mascot, Bevo.
